Together with TheValueChain, Miko Group has successfully converted its six Magento webshops to the SAP Commerce platform.
The new B2B webshops give customers a personalised catalogue browsing experience with specific customer pricing retrieved from ERP, promotions, vouchers and functionalities for sales order creation and quick reordering. Everything fits into the philosophy of providing customers with an extremely easy way of doing business with Miko, and by doing so, increasing turnover and share of wallet. Professional buyers get the same B2C experience as if they were making personal purchases, including 24/7 access, personalisation and mobile access. For Miko it is key to know their customers’ needs and show they do.
The close integration with the supply chain activities in the ERP back end results in complete end-to-end customer experience. On the short term, TheValueChain and Miko will add several additional webshops. On the long term, B2C will be organized on the same platform.
